A commercial website generally has to make certain information about whoever operates it easily, directly and permanently accessible. In the European Union this baseline comes from Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce, Article 5(1). If this site's operator is established in the EU or EEA, or offers services there, that Article — as implemented by the relevant national law — applies. Article 5(2) of the same Directive additionally requires that where prices are referred to, they are indicated clearly and unambiguously, in particular whether they include tax and delivery costs.
